The first thing that is required mentioning here is that both laws and policies in the organizational context are required to maintain an ethical continuity of the organizational operations. It is also to mention in this respect that policy and laws are interconnected though having different purposes to fulfil. Precisely, in the organizational context, policy is about designing rules, which are required to be maintained by the employees and other stakeholders and organizational laws are more of ethical guidelines, which direct ethical business operations (Narikae, et al., 2017).
